Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via calls, chats, emails, and texts (mainly in the US, UK, and Australia).
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in team meetings to share updates and receive feedback.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours during US daytime shifts.
- Familiarity with customer service CRM tools.
